How do I make a booking?

You can book directly via our website, by email at excursions@firsttravel.gr, or by phone/WhatsApp at +30 697 271 4907 / +30 697 300 6225. Provide your full name, contact info, date, and preferred tour or excursion.

When should I arrive for my tour or excursion?

We recommend arriving at least 15–20 minutes before the scheduled start time to ensure a smooth check-in. Meeting points and exact times will be provided in your confirmation email.

Can I modify or cancel my booking?

Yes! Please contact us as soon as possible via email or WhatsApp. Cancellation fees depend on the type of tour and how far in advance you cancel. See our full Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.

Are children allowed on tours and boat trips?

Yes. Children must be accompanied by a parent or authorized adult.. Life jackets are provided for children on boat trips.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Safety is our priority. If a tour or boat excursion is canceled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or reschedule for an alternative date.

Can I bring food or drinks on the tours?

For most tours, snacks and drinks are allowed. Specific rules may vary by tour — details are included in your confirmation email.

How do I pay for my booking?

Payments are accepted via credit/debit card or bank transfer. Cash payments in Euro may also be arranged upon request. All transactions are processed securely.

Is transportation included in the tours?

Some tours include transfers from your hotel or meeting point. This will be clearly indicated on the tour description.

Can I join a tour if I have mobility or health limitations?

Please inform us in advance of any special needs, medical conditions, or mobility issues. We will do our best to accommodate you safely.
